An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Over all Admin & HR Management just in time implementation to Achieve Organization.
  • Attendance, Payroll, SSB and all of HR function needs to complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly Process by self.
  • Closed with Consultant and implement guideline to improvement and achievement in Deadline.
  • Direct Report to MD and  coordinate with all of HOD 
  • Able to schedule and Planning to Manpower Plan, Salary Structure, Organization Structure etc.
  • To create Monthly, Yearly program of  HR Management and HR Development and setting in Management Guideline
  • KPI, Incentive, Reward, Bonus will be  base on Performance Appraisal and need to steering contigency process.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Graduate, Administrative, Business or HR Diploma, Certificate prefers
  • Age surrounding about 40 and good personality 
  • Able to use Microsoftoffice, Networking and HR Software
  • Able to connect with Government Ministries and Labor Office, SSB Office etc.
  • Need to Lead Organization as Admin & HR Department Head Roll and skillfull of leadership.
  • Attitude, Intergrity and all of Personal and Mental will be strength level.
  • Able to travel and need to aliable in Dynamic Region.
