5BB Broadband is looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Yangon! In this role, you’ll provide essential support in managing compensation, benefits, and payroll functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Compensation Administration: Maintain employee compensation data, support salary reviews, and prepare compensation-related reports.
   

• Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits enrollment and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
   

• Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate processing, resolve discrepancies, and verify HR data inputs.
   

• Data & Reporting: Generate HR reports, maintain employee records, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
   

• General HR Support: Provide administrative and project support across HR functions.
   

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
   

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (exposure to Compensation & Benefits preferred).
   

• Proficiency in Global HR Software (GlobalTA) and strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
   

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
   

• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
