Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the internal client’s side.
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes.
Resolve employee issues and conduct thorough investigations where required.
Partnering with line management and employees to enhance employee engagement.
Improving relations between staff and employers.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any graduate, Diploma in Human Resources Management or prior experience in a business partnering role.
5+ years of continous HR experience.
Expert in developing succession plans.
Ability to manage details and establish root cause.
Adept with performance management and investigations.
Willing to business field trip if necessary.
