Developing and updating the rules & regulations in accordance with the current businessrequirement in responsible business unit Manage the recruitment & selection process Conduct day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Employee Database update Assist in Payroll calculation by providing relevant data Prepare & check daily attendance report To check & arrange the overtime summary report for payroll To arrange orientation training for new employees To check & monitor all employee are in line with the company rules & regulations To assist the HR Manager for ad hoc assigned tasks

Any graduate Diploma in HR Management Minimum (3) years of experience in related field Age between 25 to 35 years old Proficient in Microsoft office Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Able to work under pressure
