- Monthly Pay-Roll, SSB Calculation, Overtime Calculation and arranging Pay Slip.
- Preparing and Arranging for performance appraisal summary calculation process, regular bonus and salary adjustment calculation process.
- Keeping contact with all labor Office and Government Office.
- Arranging for Warning Letter process and record.
- Recording for all employee personal Data with each file.
- Arranging for Orientation Training, internal and external training.
- Arranging for Interview. Report for Selection, Keeping and following for update.
- Arranging for Exist Interview Process. Researching for Market Salary Range, others Compensation & Benefit matters.
- Preparing and arranging for Approval form all concern about C&B Matters and R&S Matters.
- Preparing & making Employment Contracts & send to Labor Office, Assisting for Health Insurance Process.
- Others additional task will be assign by HR Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Must have at least 2 years working experiences as HR.
Prefer to have working experiences in Manufacturing Company.
Must have Upper Conversation level in English
