• Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms • Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for opening positions• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, employee records, and files for all positions• Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labor law• Supports management by providing human resources advice

• Any Bachelor Degree but prefer more from business background• Diploma in Business Management or HR Diploma/Certificate• At least 2 years of experience in HR industry• Able to speak English fluently• Must be familiar with Microsoft application and internet & email• Must have cooperative skill to communicate with other departments
