- Involved with recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc.
- Strategic approach to the effective management of organization workers so that they help the business gain a competitive advantage,
-Maximize employee performance in service of an employer's strategic objectives.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HRM.
-At least 3 years of related work experiences.
Knowledge of labour legislation.
-Familiar with HRM systems and applicants tracking systems and recruitment process.
-Strong phone,email and in person communications skills.
-Effective written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English.
-Detail-oriented,self-motivated and able to work independently.
