HR Executive Job Description
• To proceed employee benefit claim in accordance with employee handbook
• Assist attendance checking and handle attendance and payroll software
• Maintain an up to date and accurate staff record and filing system
• To perform salary and overtime calculation and producing pay slips
• Prepare new staff recruitment and selection process
• Prepare the Employee Contract (EC) for every level of staff and document for the new staff
• Perform Orientation process and recording finger print list for new employee
• Explain the company policies and benefits and make sure the awareness of staffs
• Perform all procedure of Staff salary and overtime payment
• To conduct personal income tax for all employees and preparing for the final taxation
• Prepare and arrange all employee uniform process and rules & regulations.
• Undertake any other HR duties as assigned by the HR manager and all HR functions and its management are performing proactively and timely manner
• To perform other ad hoc duties from immediate supervisor

• Any graduate with certification in Human Resources Management;
• At least 3 years experiences with HR position in related field
