1. Responsible for Recruitment and Selection, Employee Communications & Relations, and Personnel Administration
2. To formulate, supplement and adjust the functional matrix of the organization; Title system and job description for titles; work norms criteria and methods of assessing the capacity of workers.
i. Maintain listing of approved positions along with assigned salary grade levels.
3. Arrange and assist to Manager for employee performance review process as required
4. To monitor, guide and control the work of personnel arrangement in accordance with the capacity, in accordance with the approved standard of job position and position.
5. Recruitment responsibilities include:
i. Advertise open positions at online recruiting sites and newspapers, communicate candidate via channel such as email, phone and Viber.
ii. Perform customer service functions by answering candidates requests and questions.
iii. Assist in selection process by screening resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
iv. Arrange the whole interview process and record candidate information as HR baseline data
v. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork
6. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
7. Participating in building and organizing the implementation of regulations, procedures, regulations, methods and measures on labour safety techniques of Stream Net. Organize annual work safety training.
8. To participate in guiding, inspecting, urging and proposing measures to implement well the programs, plans and contents of labour protection and OSH work.
9. Responsible for arranging orientation training, organizing training courses for development of personnel capacity of the employees, and any external training as per HOD instructions and support all training related activities
10. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
11. mails, scans and emails documents to internal department such as memo, office orders; and performs other clerical functions.
12. COO for evaluating external trainers as per training needs assessment
13. Reporting monthly manpower, resign and termination, training and number of outstanding positions

15. Reporting to the higher level as prescribed
16. To perform other tasks assigned by superiors in accordance with the specialized training or fostering of the labourers.
လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
1. Any Bachelor Degree with HR Diploma or Certificate .
2. At least 2 years experience in HR focus on Recruitment & Selection and Training & Development .
3. Must be used Global Time Attendance Software.
4. Proficient in Business English for communicating internal text production.
5. Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Office.
6. In depth Knowledge in labour laws.
