- Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
• - Contract preparation for new incoming employee and deliver brief explanation of the contract terms to them
• - Assisting the payroll on remuneration issues and providing employee information and salary update required for payroll calculation
• - Interpreting and advising on employment law;
• - Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
• - Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staffs
• - Assisting department manager/regional HR manager to find solution on labor issues from time to time
• - Create a permanent file for each employee and ensure all the filing processes to be completed
• - Ensure performance evaluation (Probation/Annual Evaluation) to be carried out from time to time
• - Engage in negotiation/brief interview with the employee upon resignation/termination
• - Update the employee files regularly.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Studies:
- Any Graduate/ Higher Education
- Certificate in Human Resources Management
- Diploma in Human Resources Management will be more preferred

Experience:
- At least 1 or 2 years in the same position

Foreign languages:
-English –Intermediate/Advance
