Responsibilities
- Assist to HR Manager for compliance of HR matters with Myanmar Labour Law and Company guidelines
- Effectively run monthly payroll for all employees and assist the Salary Review Process
- Data Entry of individual staff records for leave, training, health and other staff matters
- Coordinate the recruitment process with all departments
- Deliver HR Services as required in the areas of Training and Development, Security and Safety, Staff Engagement and Staff Welfare Management

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
- Working knowledge of Labour Legislation, Income Tax and Social Security regulations
- Interpersonal Skills, organized, result driven, analytical and numerate
- Administrative computing skills – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good Communication in Spoken and Written English
