• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leave Record, etc)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Life Insurance / Income tax)
• Calculating Overtime and keep records overtime expenses by department
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (SSB )
• Keeping records of EC /SCW Contract and ensuring timely renewal
• Arrange and records Hepatitis B Vaccination plan for employees
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
