Provide the full HR service from Operational Services to Strategic HR support and direction
Provide day to day HR services and support to the business include, people management attendance support, Labor relation and people development plan.
Ensure the HR process are setup and work efficiently so that all HR systems are registered correctly and accordingly to the Local Law regarding the rules and standards.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any graduate bachelor degree.
At least 3 years experience in Human Resources Management.
Equip with a through understanding of local employment practice and related legislation and Labor Law in Myanmar.
Proactive practical with high levels of energy.
Strong relationship building abilities and Good communication skill of levels.
Good command in both written and Spoken English.
Able to communicate with other team members.
