• Handle HR administration tasks (recruitment, Staff information, SSB contributions, employee training, Salary calculations; events).
• Keeping team informed of all company and department information.
• Organize and maintain company files and references, including confidential files.
• Assist in handling of labor relations and have basic knowledge about labor laws.
• Support for internal and external training, contact source, collect relevant documents and information, seek information
• Coordinate to ensure performance management and to arrange training list in office management.
• Updating Employees List and making detail information
• Support for internal and external training, contact source, collect relevant documents and information, seek information

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Technical
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR field
Behavioral
• Consistent, accurate with attention to details
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills
• Able to l work in a team oriented environment
Other Skills
• Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Software
• Proficiency with HR System would be a plus
• Chinese language would be an advantages
