-Manage daily operation of staff attendance, Staff payroll, SSB, income tax payment and employee mobility program and ensure that practices are in line with company policy and country laws.
-Daily check and Update attendance list.-Update the employee profiles.-Calculate the salary/OT/ SSB Charges and Income Tax.-Prepare the Staff Lists, employee’s birthday and complete probation employee .-Review the complete 6months and 12 months employee.-Arranging the compensation and benefits.-Arrangement for the interview.-Record keeping (Personal data, Office Letter, outgoing and incoming forms.-Have to work other duties prescribed time to time by HR Manager.

-Must Join Immediately
- Must be a graduate.- Must hold HR Diploma or Certificate.- 2 Years Experience in admin/HR Field at least.- Can use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.- Can use Email and Internet.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
