• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and interview techniques.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS/HRIS preferred.• Knowledge of labor laws is an advantage.• Strong written and verbal language skills.
