• Develops and implements Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintains excellent relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manages the recruitment and selection process
• Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develops and monitors overall Human Resources strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurtures a positive working environment
• Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintains pay plan and benefits program
• Assesses training needs to apply and monitors training programs
• Reports to management and provides decision support through Human Resources metrics
• Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management

• University or College degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English and Myanmar Language
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Very good multicultural and people skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Sufficient understanding of local employment legislation and Myanmar Labor Law
