A Great Opportunity for ...

Manage the complete import cycle from order placement to delivery at warehouse.
Ensure timely clearance of shipments through customs with proper documentation.
Verify and process import documentation (Bill of Entry, invoices, packing list, HS codes, etc.).
Monitor duty structures, taxes, and exemptions to optimize import costs.
Coordinate with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, packaging, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, country-specific requirements, and Incoterms.
Prepare and validate export documentation (commercial invoice, bill of lading, COO, etc.).
Liaise with buyers, freight agents, and government bodies to ensure smooth export operations.
Track and report on export performance, timelines, and delivery accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade laws, FTAs, embargoes, and sanctions.
Ensure full regulatory compliance with local and international authorities (e.g., customs, DGFT, FDA, etc.).
Maintain records for internal audits, customs inspections, and government reporting.
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams for alignment.
Monitor freight trends and negotiate with logistics providers for competitive rates and service quality.
Manage product classification and ensure accurate usage of HS codes and Incoterms.
Provide regular reports on shipment status, cost analysis, and compliance metrics.
Continuously review and improve import/export processes for efficiency.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration or related fields
5+ years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in a distribution or trading company.
Deep understanding of customs regulations, Incoterms, HS codes, and global trade policies.
Proficient in ERP systems and government trade portals.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments, deadlines, and regulatory updates simultaneously.
