Operations Oversight: Manage and resolve operational challenges, ensuring smooth warehouse processes and inter-department coordination.

Inventory & Space Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, optimize storage space, and ensure efficient use of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Staff Supervision & Development: Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, conduct training, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Order Accuracy & Dispatch: Ensure correct picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while maintaining updated inventory control systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and transport partners to meet operational objectives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

HSSE Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards across all warehouse activities.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance and servicing of all warehouse machinery and equipment.

Team Motivation & Target Achievement: Inspire staff to meet targets, encourage teamwork, and foster a results-driven culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in logistics, marketing, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain is a plus.
