Oversee daily delivery operations, including dispatch, transit, and arrival. Manage handover after checking, control DC shipping notes and truck seal notes, and prepare daily delivery plans and run sheets. Approve delivery checklists and gate passes.
Monitor and report on GTO document flow (daily/weekly/monthly) and support store delivery operations nationwide.
Plan staff attendance and OT; coordinate daily transport team schedules.
Monitor GPS live feed and coordinate with the risk team for any delivery issues.
Ensure all transport activities align with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Lead and support transport staff; manage performance, training, and team development.
Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Utilize TMS/RMS systems effectively. Prepare and present reports on KPIs such as delivery efficiency, cost per mile, and vehicle performance.
Support vehicle maintenance scheduling and coordinate with workshops to ensure minimal downtime.
Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs while maintaining service quality and safety.
