> Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
> Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
> Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
> Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
> Provides information for management by preparing special reports and analyses of the call database
> Good communication and good in dealing with related departments (sales teams)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

> Previous experience in call center experience or online sales experience is also preferable
> Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
> Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
> Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
> At least 3 years' working experience is preferable
> Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint and Excel
> Good command of written and spoken English
