  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions using company products or services.
  • Use software to process quotation, sale orders, Delivery order.
  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Deliver B2B sale orders to client’s location & follow up for payments

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales , or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone or online.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel,Power Point, Outlook etc)
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
