-manage sub-contractors to deliver good quality
-prepare site schedule and progress report
-prepare quotation
-budget and quality control

Salary is negotiable based on candidate’s qualification and experience

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Minimum 5 years experience in interior fit-out construction
- Strong knowledge in fit-out details
- Strong communication skills with sub-contractors and clients
- Knowledge of building materials and applications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Degree in related field
- English communication a must
- Driver's license
