The Investment Manager for Infrastructure Investment division is expected to act as a deputy to the Chief Investment Officer and support day to day work for Infrastructure Investment projects throughout the full investment cycle from initiation, business plan development, structuring, negotiation and execution; facilitate and coordinate communication with relevant internal and external counterparts; take on driving role in smaller scale projects with guidance from CIO; and perform any other duties as required.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, private equity funds or investment divisions of corporates
• Strong financial analysis skills; knowledge of a variety of financial instruments both debt and equity
• Experience in building complex financial models from scratch;
• Experience in full investment cycle from deal initiation, business plan, due diligence, structuring, document negotiation and execution;
• Ability to drive small scale projects independently with guidance from Chief Investment Officer.
• Experience in participating deal and document negotiations; clear understanding of key issues and ability to support the project agreement negotiations
• Diligent and detailed oriented approach to work; ability to coordinate and manage several issues simultaneously to push projects forward
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills to interact with various counterparties including project partners, potential partners, consultants, banks, government officials
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to mentor junior investment staff for financial modelling and analysis work
• Self-driven, result oriented person, with ability to deliver competing priorities under tight deadlines
