    Daily check office’s Internet connection and all systems are proper functionality.
    Ensure the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software related to computer systems.
    Supporting user’s requested IT issues and responding to user requests for assistance in a timely manner that meets or exceeds the expected service level agreement for initial contact and resolution.
    Knowledge & manage Servers (AD, DHCP, Fileserver) as Windows Server 2012R2/2016 later version
    Assisting and resolving product functionality issues related to the SAP, other Application systems as iStock, HRM and POS.
    Assisting in implementation of new software functionality.
    Assisting IT team to proper functionality for all the systems when required
    Provide technical advice and explanation as required
    Conducting quality assurance for application changes, software fixes and updates.
    Providing formal and informal training on software products as needed.
    Responsible to On-site supporting and traveling to branches for solving user IT issues or new system setup when required.
    Documented the information of the related systems and advises new approaches to improve the systems.

Skills

•    Strong manage and problems solving skill on Business ERP system & Application as SAP, iStock, HRM
•    Configurations and knowledge on PC maintenance & Printer, LAN, WLAN,Virus protection, MS Window Operation system, MS Window Servers
•    Hands-on Experience in Database backup, recovery,  queries, security, integrity, server management and performance report.

Experiences

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT related majors 
•    Minimum 2 or 3years working experiences as required field in any industry
•    Knowledge in database and SAP application, ERP system and POS software natures
