IT Infrastructure & Security

• Manage and maintain company servers and ensure data backup and recovery systems are functional.

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

• Provide support for computer hardware, software, and related troubleshooting.

• Ensure internet, Wi-Fi, and email systems are secure, reliable, and accessible.

• Manage access control systems, including door access and user authentication.

• Support website posting, ensuring system integration with sales and marketing needs.

• Monitor and maintain CCTV, TV, and car GPS systems for security and operational efficiency.

Equipment & Facility Management

• Manage and service office IT devices such as printers, extension phone lines, and electronic equipment.

• Oversee purchase, installation, and maintenance of IT and electronic devices.

• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance of air-conditioning, electrical systems, and related facilities.

User & System Support

• Set up and manage email accounts for new and existing users.

• Provide ongoing IT support to employees across all departments.

• Ensure smooth system usage and provide training if necessary.

Future Development (ERP & CRM)

• Collaborate with management on future ERP & CRM projects.

• Provide technical insights and coordinate with vendors/developers for system customization.

• Ensure ERP and CRM solutions are aligned with company needs and business growth.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement through ERP and CRM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and facility management.

• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system integration.

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferred).

• Experience with security systems (CCTV, GPS, door access).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Proficiency in English (preferred).
