  • Install, configure and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, applications and network
  • Help and troubleshoot IT related issues and requests in a timely manner (possible on-site and off-site)
  • Train and support system users and produce technical manual for them
  • Communicate and manage third party vendors
  • Set up accounts, prepare IT equipment, provide required information for system users across the company
  • Support in user acceptance testing of the system
  • Carry out other duties as assigned to you from time to time by line-manager

  • Degree / Diploma in IT holder
  • 3+ years experience in IT related field with hands-on technical troubleshooting practice
  • Knowledge in computer system, software, hardware and network
  • Initiative team player with little guidance or supervision and able to track multiple processes
