 Be a technical support for all IT and digital related projects and live system environments.
 Has to participate for system development, integration, implementation, testing, deploying,
releasing of all Software Development Life cycles. (SDLC).
 Deployment of licenses, certificates, users, data backup and data restore in the system.
 Look after system related issues for internal, external stakeholders and vendors.
 Participation in GO LIVE and POST LIVE support activity.
 Handles users’ complaints and good services by analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving errors
with minimum guidance.
 Ensure the documents and keep track on them and timely report to line manager or dedicated
manager.
 Perform other project or operation related tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

 Degree in B.C.Tech, B.Tech/B.E (IT/Electronics), B.C.Sc, B.Sc.Eng(IT, Electronics)
 Preferably professional certificate or diploma in IT or relevant subjects
 Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in related fields
 Digital awareness and extensive knowledge in preferred areas, such as system managing and
administration of application systems as well as OS/data backup and local/cloud systems and
network systems.
 Must has hands on experiences of most well know or latest - Linux, Windows, Oracle Solaris, MS
SQL, Oracle DB, and networking, etc..
 Understanding of RESTFUL, SOAP, XML, ISO8583, ISO20022, OFS is a plus.
 Understanding of basic programming languages, system, network, application and solution
design will be advantaged.
 English proficiency both oral and written.
