Support the design, development, and maintenance of program logic, which may include facilitation and information gathering sessions with business process owners and other information consumers throughout the organization. The role involves a deep understanding of Flexcube, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions.

• Analyze, design and development online Flexcube interfaces as per functional specification document(FSD)
• Provide post implementation support for Flexcube functional and technical related queries
• Analyze, design and development for New Bank In House Project
• Coordinate and planning meetings with the stakeholders to understand business’s problem & opportunity.
• Troubleshoot the daily technical issue
• Support and troubleshoot the Channel issue which is integrated with Core Banking
• Analysis, Design and Development of batch or online FLEXCUBE interfaces.
• Analysis, Design and Development of custom functionality on the flexcube modules as per FSDs.
• Develop Tools and Utilities for Flexcube as per requirement specifications.
• Participate in team meetings and functional activity
• Provide regular status reporting
• Develop source code according to coding standards
• Develop stubs or stub utilities where needed
• Fix defects found during unit testing, system integration testing and acceptance testing
• Provide Deployment Support
• Provide Knowledge transition as requested.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year experience in IT.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages, SDLC , OOPS concept
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
• HTML, CSS, Core Java, Java Script, SQL, Database MySQL, Oracle is an added advantage
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior involvement in banking domain projects.
