To delive correct stock informations to customers, right delivery to right customers on-time, flexible policies to arrange return shipping
To manage e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment
To process customer quotes and sale orders accurately
To monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud
To proivde exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns
To identify operational problems, suggest solutions proactively and resolve issues independently
To achieve the target in operation performances
Responsible for negotiating contracts, transportation and handlign costs, ensure proper documentation of each customer and inventory issues.
