  1. Handle for monthly payroll run with smooth and accurate
  2. Collect daily, weekly or monthly finger attendance timesheet
  3. Calculate Overtime and Other Allowances
  4. Schedule bank payments or hand out pay slip directly to employees
  5. Report on Payroll expenses
  6. Calculate and ownership for Income Tax and SSB process
  7. Communicate with related Government Offices (Labor, SSB, TAX, etc.….)
  8. Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Must have graduated and more preferable with related diploma
  2. Proven working 2 years’ experience in HR generalist or payroll calculation position
  3. Hands-on experience with HRIS and Finger software
  4. Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
  5. Good knowledge of labor legislation
  6. Personal Integrity to confidential information
