  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Assist to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Provide support to employees in various HR and Admin related topics
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR and Admin issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist daily in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, absences, leaves, etc)
  • Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Any Graduate; prefer in professional certificate 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and Administration
  • Strong understanding of and the ability to interpret and action labor laws.
  • Intelligent, motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
