Payroll Management
Calculate monthly salaries for all staff accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, leave records, and overtime data for payroll processing.
Deduct and process applicable income tax and social security contributions in compliance with regulations.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and initiate recruitment as needed.
Draft and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms.
Arrange and coordinate interviews, and liaise with candidates during the selection process.
Verify and process personal documents and employment forms for all new hires.
Employee Data Management
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Ensure proper documentation is collected and securely filed.
Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management
Assist in planning and documenting employee performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate evaluation schedules with department heads and follow up on feedback submissions.
General HR Support
Provide HR-related assistance to all departments when required.
Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is an advantage.
Experience:
At least 1 years of HR experience, preferably with payroll and recruitment responsibilities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and social security regulations.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR/payroll software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
