Study & understand product in depth
Build data, analyze, forecast sales, follow via
Understand customers insight (kids and parents)
Work closely with respective sales staffs to allocate right inventory at the right time to customers
Manage the execution of current sales process to deliver a premium customer service
Monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
Be able to interpret reporting and manage inventory
Leading meeting with frontline staff to review individual and department goals
Develop deep understanding of how customers shop and perform competitive analysis to inform merchandising strategy
VM management
Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Any Graduated/ preferable Economics or Business Administration.
- Should have two (2) years of tertiary education, or its equivalent knowledge, experience, and skill set
- Fluent in Computer Microsoft Office
- Excellent Advanced Excel
- Preferable Retail Market Experience
- Set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Work in a team environment
