Monitor market and is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationship with customers on assigned routesIs responsible for achieving set up targets: volume, product distribution, asset placement, merchandising and others as per business needs from assigned set of accounts / routesWork with Account Developers and coach them to execute as per the defined PICOS for the channel and monitor execution as per RED normsComplete daily administrative tasks which include presale coverage, PO upload, load outs and AR recoveryBe the first point-of-contact for customers; PO, merchandising, equipment and promotion elementsMonitor and provide immediate feedback on competitor activitiesWork with Logistics team on periodic route re-alignment to ensure optimum coverage and productivity
