-Monitor market and is responsible for building and maintaining effective relationship with customers on assigned routes
- Is responsible for achieving set up targets: volume, product distribution, asset placement, merchandising and others as per business needs from assigned set of accounts / routes
-Work with Account Developers and coach them to execute as per the defined PICOS for the channel and monitor execution as per RED norms
- Complete daily administrative tasks which include presale coverage, PO upload, load outs and AR recovery
-Be the first point-of-contact for customers; PO, merchandising, equipment and promotion elements
-Monitor and provide immediate feedback on competitor activities
-Work with Logistics team on periodic route re-alignment to ensure optimum coverage and productivity
