Lead multiple scrum teams.
Provide mentorship to team members.
Manage team members’ workload and interpersonal issues.
Must have good communication skills between the team and the stakeholders.
Enforce team discipline but at the same time, be fair, flexible and understanding.
Detect, aware and manage potential conflicts among team members as well as with other teams.
Responsible for the team performance.
Responsible for developing and designing user interfaces for mobile applications.
Focus on brand message and communicate the vision through consistent design across multiple platforms.
Work with unconventional displays and sizes.
Collaborate with engineers to develop appliance designs using processors without sophisticated operating systems.
Present project to internal teams and stakeholders
Design and complete layout adjustments in coordination with user feedback.

Have UI design experience
Experience working in direct collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders for implementation of designs

Identify user requirements and creates personas through researching and analyzing user’s needs, preferences, objectives, and working methods.
Develop and deliver esthetically appealing concepts, UX/UI design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock ups and final solutions based on user centric design process
Apply user feedback to iterate on solutions as needed and provide UX/UI recommendations based on user testing, analytics, and observations.
Prepare documentation to clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to other designers and to developers.
Find creative ways to solve UX challenges and design solutions, interaction model, information structures, UI, evaluating information representation, & conducting critiques.
Collaborate effectively with other designers as well as with other cross-functional domains such as: marketing, brand & communications and front-end developers to ensure a cohesive design system.
Keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends and user best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Creative Design or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience with UI/UX design
Minimum 2 year of user experience research
Strong portfolio of design projects
Strong understanding of design process and best practices
Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey
Highly-motivated self-starter with a passion for making high quality apps
Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear by creating images, sketches, and tables
