A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist Learning & Organizational Development Manager to update L&D Policy, SOPs, Documents, and other necessary processes and procedures.
  • Support in some learning Management System (LMS) processes.
  • Assist in developing quarterly and annual training plan and yearly training budget
  • Handle the training budget preparation and the training expenditure.
  • Coordinate and oversee training facilities, logistics and administration processes and procedures
  • Handle communications process with outside vendors and stakeholders
  • Prepare and update monthly, quarterly, and yearly training reports.
  • Maintain, update, and manage L&D documents, data-based, and reporting format.
  • Handle, update, and manage the L&D Share Drive.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • A bachelor's degree in any field. Diploma in HR Management is preferred.
  • Minimum (2) years of experience in Training or Learning & Deveopment or Talent development functions in corporate level organization.
  • Strong interest and ambition in the field of talent development.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Able to travel depends on the business requirement.
