1) Contribute significantly and regularly to the teaching programmes of the college
2) Preparing and delivering suitable, high quality material for students, in an efficient and timely manner.
3) Regularly setting and making homework/assignments, in accordance with College policies and procedures.
4) Participating in staff development program and in-service training courses within and outwith the College.
5) Participating in curriculum development work, as directed by promoted staff
6) Prepare the student reports about the study progress to CEO
7) Design mock exam and assessment on each class and provide feedback to students after such assessment
8) act as the module leader as required and collaborate with all colleagues on course development and curriculum change
9) Enhance the quality of taught and research programmes at under-graduate and/or postgraduate levels
10) Seek way of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery by obtaining and analyzing observation feedback, student feedback and external examiner feedback to maintain high quality of learning and reaching.
11) make effective decision making on student selection and provide advice to colleagues on such matters
12) deal with problem e.g. responding to the need of students of learning difficulties
13) be responsible for the health and safety of students in their immediate working environment, reporting any health and safety concerns to the head of department.
14) undertake peer mentoring and review of colleagues as required.
15) develop the ability of students to engage in critical and rational thinking
16) focus on supervision of student progress of students, provide advice on study skills.

1. Master degree or Degree program in Business Management, Accountancy, marketing, human resources and Finance field.
2. being the full member of any professional body is advantageous but not a must.
3. At least 5 years working experience in business with strong management background
4. Skills -Very good English proficiency must needed.
5. Good Communication Skills
6. Ability to continuously improve his/her teaching skills
