> To draft and/or review contracts (including check, revise contracts) requested from every team in departments of MPTJO in order to reduce the legal risks
> To research relevant laws, rules and notifications and report findings to supervisor and informing to relevant initiator/department upon approval by management
> To advise initiators in JO with regard to stamping procedures and necessary requirements in order to reduce tax risks Good at sharing knowledge and experience to junior members
> To provide translation and interpretation of legal documents to management in order to be acheivement the organisation goals.
> To provide legal training/discussion and transfer legal skill to junior members with regard to legal matters
> To provide necessary legal support to Management including other foreign lawyers
> To handle all contract for B2B services to reduce financial risk
> Excellent at contract drafting skill> Good at provision of suggestion to the relevant initiators> Good at handling multiple tasks> Very good at creativity on task assigned> Fairly and effectively support to team members

- Bachelor (or) Master in Laws - Knowledge on business strategy- Studying strategy and the sustainable enterprise- Communication Skill- Knowledge in Legal Technology- Problem solving and decision-making- English Language Knowledge (Advance Level)- Over 5 years experience in legal fields
