  • Conduct routine inspections of the Main Distribution Room (MDR).
  • Check exhaust fans, electrical switches, and related equipment for proper functionality.
  • Perform scheduled inspections of transformers.
  • Inspect tapping positions and battery conditions to ensure efficient operation.
  • Monitor diesel fuel levels and battery charger status of generators.
  • Monitor water levels and inspect pump motors in the Water Pump Room.
  • Ensure proper operation of fire pumps and monitor water levels in the Fire Pump Room.
  • Conduct regular checks of basement air intake and exhaust systems to ensure proper air circulation.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and maintenance checklists.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
