- B.E (EP) or (EC) ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- M&E ပိုင္းလုပ္ငန္း အေတြ႕အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၅)ႏွစ္အထက္ ရိွရမည္။
- နယ္ထြက္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Project တစ္ခုလံုးအား Lead လုပ္ႏုိင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- ကားေမာင္းတတ္သူ၊ လုိင္စင္ရိွသူ ဦးစားေပးမည္။
