Job Purpose:

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing process.

Key Responsibilitie

• Monitoring
  • Receive maintenance service requests from various department, sorting the works with their priority levels and deadlines
  • Conduct proper maintenance work, and making handover to the respective departments or collaborating with third party if needed
  • Record electricity and water meter reading and calculate monthly electricity and water bill.
  • Conduct regular building inspections, preventive maintenance of building facilities, including electrical, air-conditioning, water supply system, plumbing, and sanitary, fire protection system, PA system
  • Repair, adjust and maintain machinery and systems in the plant such as motors, pumps, valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as Generators, Fire protection system lighting, and Power, etc.
  • Carry out minor maintenance and oversee collaborative work with others (ex. Pest control, building repairs, plumbing, etc.)

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used and any potential safety hazards by following standards and procedures; complying with MJTD codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with different teams to convey safety-related information and promote a culture of safety.

• Reporting
  • Submit daily reports to the supervisor, highlighting any deviations or issues.
  • Be open to performing other duties as assigned by a superior

Qualification Requirements

• Education: bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Power)
• Experience: At least 2 years of the related experience in Construction or Industrial Fields
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams.
