Job Description
• To review and analysis of inventory control
• To review and analysis of on time supply rate materials
• To observe and find materials quality fail
• To review of fulfill in time market requirement
• To management the consignment materials on time delivery to production as per production schedule
• Make sure the correct materials planning from different suppliers
• To update minimum & maximum stock materials list for inventory control on every month
• To find new materials for R & D and cost saving
• To monitor daily requirement material as per production schedule
• To understand SAP MM process and monitor to staff proper
• To support and coordinate with relative team for factory operation properly
• To develop and implement policy and producer for any section
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Collaborate with other managers to determine supply needs
• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications
• Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers
• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
• Assist in forecasting to plan future orders

Job Specification
• BE, ME (EP)
• At least (4) year experience in Material Management field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint), Email & Internet
• Experience in oversea relationship, procurement shipping and receiving
• Working knowledge of SAP MM
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, problem solving skills
Able to work at Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone
