  • Design and develop mechanical systems, equipment, and production lines for manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with the production, electrical, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation.
  • Prepare and update technical drawings, mechanical layouts, and system documentation.
  • Plan preventive maintenance schedules and support troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
  • Evaluate new technologies, machinery, and materials to enhance production capabilities.
  • Conduct equipment testing, calibration, and performance analysis.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new machines or production lines.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs and operations comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide training and technical support to maintenance and production teams.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment (depending on job grade).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, fabrication, assembly, or packaging.
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment such as compressors, conveyors, pumps, and automation systems.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance, TPM, and Lean manufacturing principles.
