• Resolving SAP BASIS incidents including major incidents (production and non-production systems) and analysis of the problem to find a permanent fix.
• Delivery and maintenance of SAP Landscapes by providing technical expertise and support.
• Presentation to Infrastructure Manager on BASIS incident trend, analysis and action plan.
• Support BASIS operation of SAP S4/HANA and coordinate with 3rd party SAP Support Vendor.
• Monitoring Health Check on System.
• Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the team.
• The expectation is that the role does not only concentrate on SAP Basis issues but can own incident solution end-to-end and work together with other teams and functions to resolve incidents faster.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Graduated with Computer Science, Software Engineering or information Technology.
• At least 3 years of work experience/ working knowledge in S4/HANA Basis.
• Knowledge in SUSE Linux environment and HANA DB.
• Experience in dealing with SAP Support for incidents.
• Good in Networking Skills.
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good in 4 skills of English Language.
