  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, promotional agreements with retail clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on competitor activity within the modern trade channel.
  • Maintain listing, distribution & pricing monitors of Modern Trade Channel based on brand and ensure gaps are closed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail partner agreements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any graduate.
  • 2-5 years of Experience in key account management, retail, modern trade sector in the FMCG.
  • Knowledge of modern trade business operations and merchandising strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends
  • Ability to travel locally.
