  • Work closely with the Technical Support team on system incidents to improve monitoring .
  • Constant in-depth acquisition of Zabbix and eG monitoring software.
  • Work with open source tools and projects with the freedom to contribute changes back to the community.
  • Troubleshoot issues with our systems at all levels of the stack by performing deep problem analysis to identify root cause and appropriate resolution.
  • Work to reduce manual toil through automation and development of standardized practices for managing systems and services.
  • Designing and implementing solutions that make software deployments
  • well-organized and automated.
  • Coming up with effective results that bring developer & operations roles and goals together, and fostering a collaborative environment among all.
  • Help automate processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Liaise with various tech team members so product development and deployment are at their best.
  • Having a firm understanding of business monitoring requirements
  • To help support NOC and other teams in tech with monitoring and data analytic capability
  • Other assign task according to the situation

  •  5 year of working experience on Linux system administration or open source application development
  • Fresh Graduate also welcome
  • Familiar with open sourceOS , Database (MySQL , PostgreSQL) ,Shell Script , PHP , Python
  • Experience in customization with Open Source products
  • Open Minded with can do attitude
