Responsible for planning and managing the operational activities of the team and providing advice to management and relevant third parties. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and Builder networks, and enables more business through these channels & also drive and participate actively in the digital transformation of the Smart Secured Consumer VC.

  • Supports Sales Manager and VCGMA in executing the Smart Secured Consumer business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
  • Build relationship with builders, real estate agencies and other business channels to increase VC business.
  • Approach internal and external customers and consult the mortgage products
  • Develops and maintains the relationship with internal branches Sources the customers who have the potential to increase the business
  • Achieve KPIs and sales targets which is set by VC or bank itself.
  • Deals the customers through different channels (agents, builders, walk in referral, branches etc.,)
  • Coordinate with respective internal departments to success the loan files
  • Adapts current processes and systems, and implements new approaches to meet current as well as emerging business trends
  • Reports to management the emerging issues and market insights.
  • Develops and maintains understanding of products/processes and advises management, businesses and relevant third parties.
  • Actively participate in the tasks and projects which has assigned by the bank, line manager, VCGMA, DVCGMs and Function Heads.
  • Communicates regularly with clients, and/or peers, Managers,VCGMAs/Assistant Function Heads.
