This role is a great opportunity to build and maintain a high performance Beverages sales organization to achieve business objectives effectively. We are looking for people who can develop an overall business plan, including sales strategies and business goals.
To increase sales and profits, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, sales analysis, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities.

Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Establish sales goals with Commercial General Manager.
- Create and implement strategies to achieve agreed upon goals.
- Lead sales team to achieve the sales target.
- Create and manage budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.
- Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
- Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results.
- Support new product development efforts with the Production departments.
- Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department.
- Keeping up to date competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- University Graduate, Diploma in Sales & Marketing or MBA is preferred.
- Local Nationality only.
- Age over 30.
- At least 5 years working experience in FMCG sales & marketing management field (Preferred experience in Beverages Sector).
- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and in Burmese.
- Computer literate – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & E-mail.
- Must have the whole areas knowledge in Myanmar.
- Willingness to travel and work outside within working hours if needed.
